Refund policy

In-Stock Items We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Made-to-Order Items Made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These items are crafted specifically for your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your eligible purchase and place a new order.
